Welcome to Contra Costa Civic Theatre’s box office; we are delighted to help you with your ticketing requests and questions.



The box office opens 60 minutes before curtain on performance days and remains open until 15 minutes after the performance begins.

Our live phone hours are noon–5pm (Tuesday-Saturday) at 510-524-9012. If you receive our voicemail during these hours, please leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre as a courtesy to our patrons and artists.

We believe parents are the best judge as to the suitability of a particular play for their child; as such, we do not provide content advisories for our productions. If you have questions about a particular production, send an email to and we’ll be happy to provide information.

Pets & Service Animals

Pets are not allowed, but we are happy to allow service animals at the theatre. Please notify the Box Office when booking your tickets if you require room for your service animal.


Performance Cancellation
Sometimes the show can’t go on due to circumstances beyond the theatre’s control. In the event CCCT has to cancel a performance, we will make every effort to reschedule you into another performance of the same production, subject to availability. If we are unable to move you to another performance of the same production, we will offer the same number of tickets to the next show in the season, subject to availability. Performances that are canceled after intermission (or more than an hour into the show if there is no intermission) are considered a full performance and no credit will be given. Charitable Donation Requests
We are happy to consider donating tickets to other nonprofit organizations. We ask that the request be sent on letterhead from the organization so that we can get your contact info on file. Send it as an email attachment to or by mail to 951 Pomona Ave, El Cerrito, CA 94530. Please allow at least two weeks for processing.
