CCCT Afterschool classes – Fall 2020

Share

For more than 30 years, CCCT has been at the forefront of children’s arts education in the East Bay. In this time of COVID, we are as committed as ever to providing a safe, fun, and nurturing in-person theatre education experience for your students.

Please read the important information below before registering your student.

  • Registrations are processed in the order received.
  • Registrations are accepted until the class is full, or until the class begins, whichever happens first.
  • Please make sure the parent’s name is listed as the “buyer” of the registration.
  • In accordance with County Health guidelines, students may not register for more than one class during a session, e.g., the student may not register for both IMPROV and ONSTAGE! in the same 4-week session. This allows us to avoid any potential exposure by students moving between groups. Students are welcome to register for subsequent sessions if desired.
  • You will receive an email confirmation after registering online.
  • Closer to the start date of the class we will email further details confirming dates, times, and other information.

Cancellation policy

  • All registrations are final; no refunds will be given unless your spot can be filled by a student on the waiting list.

Safety

CCCT is committed to a safe learning experience for your student, and our track record with this summer’s in-person Drama Camps points to our success. We strictly adhere to all recommendations from the Contra Costa County Health Department including, but not limited to:

  • Mandatory face masks, hand washing, and social distancing
  • Maximum class size of 12 students
  • Daily temperature reporting by students and staff before admittance to class
  • Outdoor classes, weather permitting
  • Well-ventilated and sanitized indoor learning spaces
  • Staggered entry times for same-day classes to allow safe entrance and exit
